Family OS is a private, invite-only family organizer operated by Gennady Chikaurov (AM Automations Unlimited LLC, Miami, FL). This page explains how to permanently delete your Family OS account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account and its data, follow these steps:

1. Email us at gennadymc@gmail.com from the email address on your Family OS account.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
3. Tell us whether you want to delete only your own account, or your entire household (which removes every family member and all shared data).

We confirm the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

When you delete your account (or your household), we permanently remove your account, sign-in credentials, and profile, along with the data your household created — including member profiles, calendar events, chores and points, rewards, lists, school assignments, meal plans and dietary preferences, learning progress, family wall messages, family info-vault entries, and any connected-calendar tokens. Deleted content is also removed from routine backups within 30 days.

What is kept

We do not retain your personal data after deletion, except where a limited record must be kept to meet a legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligation. Any such record is retained only for as long as the law requires and is then deleted. We do not sell personal data and show no advertising.

Other ways to remove data

A parent can remove an individual family member at any time from the Family tab, and can disconnect Google Calendar there (which deletes the stored calendar tokens immediately). To delete an entire household, use the email request above. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data.
